About Me

About Me

Well, hello there…

After deciding a career in law just wasn’t meant to be, and exploring my more creative side in 2003-2004, I was lucky enough to gain some valuable experience in invitation design at a small Dayton stationery shop. I learned the about layout design, print media, and discovered the beautiful art of fine paper. When that little paper boutique closed in 2005, The Envelope was born.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with many of my clients for over a decade now, getting to know them and watching their families grow. My clients and friends comment all the time that I must love what I do, and they’re absolutely right. Why? Because I help create printed pieces that represent memories people will hold onto for a lifetime, and I get to meet some pretty awesome people in the process.

For those of you who are new to Dayton, or new to The Envelope, feel free to reach out to me anytime to chat about any ideas or projects you have that I might be able to help out with, or just to say hello. I look forward to working with you to create something unique and beautiful.

{P.S. I also do freelance writing and editing on the side, and I’ve been the graphic design consultant for Culture Works and the marketing coordinator for the Dayton Visual Arts Center since January 2012.}
