The Envelope began as a brick-and-mortar in September 2005, and quickly became a full-time endeavor. In 2017, after more than a decade in retail, I decided to slow things down a bit, so what once was a retail boutique became a home-based invitation and design studio. In 2020, partially due to my growing desire to start something new, and partially due to circumstances outside of my control, I decided it was time to shift my perspective a bit. Invitations took a back seat, and marketing and graphic design ramped up as I took on a handful of new clients.

While certain aspects of The Envelope are not what they once were, I still carry several beautiful invitation and stationery lines and offer graphic design services, even if things work a little differently these days.
